The popular Lagos businessman and socialite, is set to add another masterpiece to the hospitality industry in Lagos as he is set to complete a 4-star hotel in Victoria Island. Work is currently ongoing at a fast pace on the project, The Art Hotel located on Plot 13A, Block 111, Yesufu Abiodun Oniru Way, Victoria Island.

When completed, The Art Hotel will be a 46-room luxury boutique hotel and it is going to be another addition to Habib’s Dreamspaces Development’s portfolio of real estate projects in Lagos. The principal funding partner for this $15m project is Purple Capital Partners who are also involved with Maryland Mall and many other real estate projects in Lagos. 

The Art Hotel will include 5 Duke standard rooms (45.5sqm), 6 Prince deluxe suites (64sqm) and 5 Emperor Suites (84sqm). Other amenities will include a Sky Pool, Sky Cocktail Bar/Cafe, Restaurant and Lounge, Urban Spa and Gym and a Social & Art Lounge Gallery.
Currently, the most notable properties on Yesufu Abiodun Oniru Way, where this new hotel will be located are Four points Hotel and City of David Church.
  

However, there are plans for a new mixed use ‘integrated family center’ development called Trinity Towers by City of David, a 25 floor mixed use tower by Kunoch, the Palms extension nearby and a few other projects still in early planning stages.
