The case of 14 year Ese Oruru, abducted from her home in Bayelsa state by one Yinusa has dominated the front pages for the past few days.

Several news sources have confirmed that Ese Oruru was discovered to be five months pregnant today and if the reports are anything to go by, her abductor will also face charges of statutory rape. She was kidnapped by one ‘Yinusa’ last year and converted to Islam.

There has been no official confirmation from authorities who reportedly conducted several tests on her that Ese Oruru is pregnant.
