OMOTOLA LISTED AS A ‘HIGH-GROSSING MOVIE STAR’ BY YAHOO
The Nigerian screen star is on a trajectory as she continues to break grounds. Following her TIME’s recognition of 2013, Yahoo has recently conferred on her the title “Nollywood cornerstone”, as well as including her in a list tagged “The Highest-Grossing Movie Stars You’ve Probably Never Heard Of”.
The list including Frank Welker, Bob Bergen, Jack Angel, Mickie McGowan, Micheal Papajohn, Martin Klebba, Clint Howard, Chris Ellis, Shah Rukh Khan; also included Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, a truly notable recognition.
The list, according to Yahoo, is as a compilation of “Actors who have achieved great success but receive no recognition for their work…” and although Omotola’s Box Office figure is stated as ‘unknown’, Yahoo still thinks of her as a “spearhead of Nollywood, Nigeria’s version of Hollywood, with over 300 film credits to her name.” Jalade Ekeinde sure has that world famous renown –following her previous TIME recognition and this most recent one– seeing as she has managed to maintain a flourishing career alongside a trouble-free marriage. Yahoo said this of her: “In her homeland she’s like a cross between Oprah Winfrey and Kim Kardashian, with her own reality TV series following her and her family.”

Breatheheavy.com recently posted a Justin Beiber photo which it claimed was “untouched photo” from a Justin Beiber Calvin Klein photo shoot, leading to a swift reaction from the pop star’s PR team. The site claims Justin was ‘photoshopped’ to look bigger than he really is, a statement which caused quite some stir online in its wake.
By Saturday morning, the site was all over with apologies; issuing a retraction of their earlier statement regarding the 20 year old’s ‘unreal’ photos.
In the retraction, breatheheavy.com stated: “We apologize to Beiber for the hit to his ego and to the millions of tweens on social media we upset. Beiber denies the photo is real, and we respect and believe him.”

FERGIE AND JOSH DUHAMEL MARK SIX YEARS OF MARRIAGE
Singer, Fergie, on Saturday had a special day as she marked her six-year union with her husband, Josh Duhamel, 42. The couple marked the happy day with their 17-month old son, Axl; as they were photographed taking a walk. Fergie, 39, appears to be having the time of her life as she looked all radiant on the anniversary day.
