Why stay with her for two years?’ Ronke Oshodi questions Tope Osoba’s fiancé

Ronke Oshodi Oke, the actress, has questioned why Itunu Onadeko stayed with late actress Tope Osoba for two years if he knew she allegedly used drugs.

Osoba died on August 4, 2026, after battling breast cancer for nearly two years. She underwent surgery for the disease in November 2024.

After her death, Onadeko claimed that Osoba died at a police station in Ikorodu, Lagos. He also alleged that she struggled with hard drug addiction, including a substance known as kolos.

Oshodi Oke challenged his claims during an Instagram live session. She accused Onadeko of being a “devil in disguise” and questioned their relationship.

“That her fiancé is a devil in disguise. You called yourself a priest, and you allowed a girl you weren’t married to stay with you for two years. For those two years, you didn’t know her family? Where in the Bible is it written? No introduction, no wedding, how?” she asked.

The actress also questioned why Onadeko did not end the relationship if he knew about Osoba’s alleged drug use.

“She was with you for two years and was smoking. Within three months, didn’t you notice? Why didn’t you send her away? Because it isn’t possible to have hidden it for over two years.”

Oshodi Oke further alleged that Onadeko asked Osoba to leave his home after the money raised through public donations for her treatment ran out.

“She still had millions in her account from the donations, so when the money finished, you told her to pack out and told her to pretend that you both had never been dating.

The Celestial Church of Christ, where Onadeko serves as a shepherd, has launched an internal investigation into his alleged role in Osoba’s death.
