Just a day after ISIL claimed responsibility for a deadly attack at a football stadium in Southern Iraq, ISIL fighters launched yet another daring attack on Saturday.

Iraqi sources have confirmed that 18 soldiers died in an attack on one of Iraq’s largest army bases which the Islamic State In Iraq and the Levants have claimed responsibility.

Iraqi forces continue the battle to keep ISIL at bay as they launch devastating counter attacks after they seemed to have been brought under control last year.
