It started like a regular night out, but quickly turned into a story that sounds almost too wild to be true. fast-rising artist Fola has shared how he met both Davido and Wizkid within 48 hours in London, a moment he describes as nothing short of surreal.

Recounting the experience, Fola revealed that he was out clubbing with Davido when he suddenly got a message that would change everything. Wizkid’s team had reached out, asking him to pull up to a studio session the very next day. What seemed like a normal night instantly turned into the beginning of something much bigger.

“I know it doesn’t even make sense to people,” he said. “I met Davido today in London, then the next day I’m with Wiz. It was mind-blowing.”

The young artist admitted the moment didn’t fully sink in at first. going from sharing space with one of Afrobeats’ biggest stars to being invited into another’s creative circle in less than two days felt unreal. For him, it was the kind of opportunity artists wait years for.

Speaking on the studio session, Fola described it as a dream come true. He revealed that he has been a longtime fan of Wizkid, dating back to his JSS1 days, and had always imagined what it would feel like to work with him. That imagination, he said, became reality overnight.

“I’ve been listening to Wiz since I was in JSS1. being in the studio with him. It was crazy. something I’ve always looked forward to,” he added.
