Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and his wife, Cynthia Obi-Uchendu, are expecting their third child together, with Cynthia sharing the joyful news in an emotional social media post.

Announcing the pregnancy on her Instagram page on Sunday, Cynthia reflected on her motherhood journey, describing the experience as different from her previous pregnancies.

“Yup! Seven years later, and we’re here again. That’s 10 years since my first rodeo…,” she wrote.

She admitted that despite having gone through pregnancy before, each experience comes with its own challenges.

“It’s so interesting how you think experience makes things easier or more familiar, but they never lied when they said every pregnancy is different,” she wrote.

“I’m just beyond grateful to God for being my guide through this journey because omo, what a journey it has been.”

Explaining why the pregnancy holds special meaning for her, Cynthia revealed her belief that the best things come in threes.

“Life is about 1) the beginning, 2) the journey and 3) the end,” she wrote.

“With shapes, one stands alone, two are parallel lines, but three points form an actual shape. A triangle. A unit.

“Even the Bible talks about the Holy Trinity. So, I guess the third time’s truly a charm.”

She also thanked their daughters, Jewel and Rubi, for eagerly looking forward to welcoming a new sibling and praised Ebuka for his unwavering support.

“And for the boo EBUKA who’s been a proper solid rock. I know you thought you were done changing diapers, sha (you are old) lol.”

The announcement comes shortly after the couple renewed their marital vows in Vatican City to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary.
