The Code of Conduct Tribunal has dismissed the case of false asset declaration against Nigeria’s Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
The Senate President, who was arraigned for false asset declaration charges before the CCT has been discharged and acquitted.
According to Premium Times, the Tribunal Chairman, Danladi Umar dismissed the case because of the failure of the prosecution to prove its allegations.
