Nigerian TikTok personality Habeeb ‘Peller’ Hamzat and his wife, Amadou ‘Jarvis’ Elizabeth, have confirmed they are expecting their first child, two months after their white wedding.
The couple shared the news on Instagram on Thursday. They also posted photographs from their maternity shoot, ending months of pregnancy rumours.
Reflecting on their journey from dating to marriage and now parenthood, they described the moment as a “beautiful chapter”.
“From two people who once had no idea where this journey would take us… to husband and wife, and now soon-to-be parents. We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve prayed, we’ve grown, and through it all, God kept writing our story,” the post reads.
“Today, we get to share the most beautiful chapter yet. A little piece of our love is coming into this world. Our greatest blessing. Our answered prayer. Peller & Jarvis… and now, a little one on the way. God, thank You for everything. This is more than we could ever ask for.”
Peller and Jarvis held their white wedding in August. The ceremony came after months of sharing their relationship and wedding plans with their followers.
Before then, the couple had marked other milestones in their relationship. They held their traditional wedding ceremony in Lagos in August.
They also officially tied the knot in a civil wedding in late July.
Now, the couple are set to begin another chapter as they prepare to welcome their first child, just two months after their white wedding.
