Seyi Vibez Fires at Zlatan, Calls Him ‘Backup Artiste’ After Adekunle Gold Clash

Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi, popularly known as Seyi Vibez, has stirred fresh controversy after labelling fellow artiste Zlatan Ibile a “backup artiste” weeks after publicly criticising Adekunle Gold and calling him “wack.”

The 25-year-old singer took to X on Tuesday with a series of posts targeted at Zlatan and his clothing brand, Zero To The World (ZTTW).

“Aseju ni zttw. High fashion ati Go crazy ti da,” Seyi Vibez wrote in one of the posts.

He intensified the attack in another tweet, accusing Zlatan of focusing more on fashion than music while mocking his role in the industry.

“You’ll always be a backup artiste ttkc. Abaku laso ewure! Zttw ke Ayiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii,” he wrote.

Zlatan has yet to respond to the comments, while the reason behind Seyi Vibez’s outburst remains unclear.

Despite the public jabs, both artistes have collaborated in the past. Zlatan featured Seyi Vibez on ‘Let There Be Light,’ while Seyi Vibez later featured Zlatan on ‘Professor Peller.

The latest comments add to Seyi Vibez’s recent string of public attacks on fellow musicians. Earlier this month, the singer criticised Adekunle Gold over his deluxe project ‘Fuji Xtra,’ describing the artist as “wack” while also hurling insults at him online.
