After the British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, has successfully battled against the Coronavirus pandemic, he is set to introduce a Covid-19 alert system in the nation which would monitor the spread of the virus and indicate the areas where lockdown can be eased.

The alert system will be monitored at various centre levels in order to inform the government on the prompt actions to be taken in the event of a wide outbreak in a sector of the United Kingdom.

The prime minister has however stated that the ease of lockdown would be done with great caution in order to prevent the spread of the pandemic across the nation.

The alert system is however only available in England and would still be extended to other parts of the United Kingdom.
