Nigerian dancehall singer, Cynthia Morgan also known as Madrina, definitely had a lot of praise for Nigerian rapper and music executive, Olamide.
The singer revealed on her Instagram stories on Friday, April 5, 2024, that the rapper gifted her N1 million some months ago.
Cynthia Morgan went on to say that she wanted to share her excitement and gratitude for Olamide’s monetary gift on social media, but someone told her not to since “the money is too small.”
She also disclosed that she felt the advice was given from an unappreciative place, therefore she had to cut off the “someone.”
The singer continued by sharing how Olamide supported her even though it wasn’t required of him. She also talked about how her tribe members turned her down for assistance.
Cynthia Morgan came into the limelight in 2014 with her hit single ‘Don’t Break My Heart’.
However, after taking a long break from the music industry, she opened up about her personal experiences and financial hardships, which contributed to her career taking a turn for the worse.
The singer is credited for dancehall hit songs like ‘German Juice’, ‘I’m Taken’, ‘Simatiniya’, etc.
