Nigerian music label, The Jonzing World, founded in 2019 by singer, Charles Enebeli, better known as D’Prince, has unveiled a new artist and first female signing, Bagetti.
D’Prince shared the news via his Instagram and X accounts, with elegant pictures accompanying the posts.
The record label boss further stated his reasons for bringing on The Jonzing World’s ‘first lady’, being her clear vision for the future, her interest in inspiring and uplifting, and her harmony and diversity.
Bagetti also expressed delight for the new journey she is ready to embark on via her social media handles. The artist has revealed she would be releasing her debut single ‘Hard Girl’, on March 5, 2024, at midnight.
Furthermore, her debut EP titled ‘New Dawn’ is scheduled for release on March 15, 2024.
The Jonzing World is home to Afrobeats singers Rema, Gdzilla, and Glorious Boy. Singer, Ruger was also signed to the label from 2021 until his exit in 2024.
Netizens have reacted positively to the news, while also pointing out a similarity between Ruger and Bagetti – a face accessory.
