Chelsea Football Club, popularly called the Blues was founded on the 10th of March, 1905. 118 years down the line the club still has its name rooted in English heritage.
The Blues play their home fixtures at Stamford Bridge and have been successful with 6 League titles, 8 FA Cups, 5 League Cups, 4 Community Shields, One Champions League, 1 UEFA Europa League, 2 UEFA Super Cups, and 1 Fifa Club World Cup.
Chelsea Football Club was notorious for sacking coaches who performed below expectations under the Russian Billionaire Roman Abramovich. The Club has hired 42 coaches in total since it was established.
The Club also has a female team, Chelsea Women’s Football Club, which has had affiliation since 2004. The female arm of the club has also been successful, winning the Women’s FA Cup and League title in 2015.
Chelsea also has an academy that has developed talents over the years. The likes of Mount, Abraham, Reece James, and even Jamal Musiala who now plays for Bayern Munich all came out from the academy.
Although the club is currently struggling in the 10th position, in the current season, it will not stop loyal fans from supporting their beloved club.
