Something that people tend to do, more often is the password reset. Whether you forgot your password or believe your account is threatened, Netflix has a hassle-free process to achieve your password reset. To change or update your password visit your Account page on the Netflix website, or simply send yourself a password reset email or text message.
Because account security is important to Netflix, your email isn’t the only way you can reset your password- you can also use your mobile devices. To add a number, GO TO Account and then Add phone number. At this point, you will insert your number and password which you will save.

With the increase of email marketing and emailed newsletters, people who engage in phishing now attempt to acquire people’s personal information by pretending to represent a website or company, so it’s very important that Netflix members look out for what sets the real Netflix apart from these phishing emails.
One main thing to keep in mind is that Netflix will not send you emails that request personal information like your payment information (debit card number or card PIN), account password and any identification number.
