Cardi B has become the female rapper with the most number one in the Billboard hot 100 chart.
The New York native achieve the milestone with her feature on Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You.” which is spending it’s fourth week in the number one position on the charts.
The song gives Cardi B her 8th cumulative week at #1, to pass Iggy Azalea’s record of 7 weeks.
Cardi B also reached the summit of the charts with “Bodak Yellow.” (3 weeks) and “I like it.” (number 1)
The 26 years old was also the first female rapper to hit the #1 since Lauryn Hill in 1998 with “I Like It.” last year and also passed Beyonce as the woman with the most simultaneous entries on the Hot 100 chart.
