Award winning singer Simi, Lax, Humblesmith, Mr. Real and Mavin superstar, Reekado Banks performed at the grand finale of the Closeup Cool Breeze #CoolLikeThatLagos campus party. The event took place at the University of Lagos Sports Complex on Wednesday.
The event was the Lagos edition for the #CoolLikeThat campus parties and music challenge which ran through major universities across Nigeria including University of Port Harcourt, University of Nigeria Enugu Campus and Benin City. Winners from the #CoolLikeThat music challenge got a unique opportunity to perform on stage with Reekado Banks. According to the category manager of oral care for Unilever company, Tolu Salu, Closeup believes in giving young talents across Nigeria the opportunity to be themselves, follow their dreams and break barriers.
Michael Jubril, the #CoolLikeThatLagos music challenge winner, expressed his delight at the opportunity to leverage on the event to reach out to audiences across Nigeria with his rap talent.
