Police in Florida have released dash cam footage of Tiger Woods’ arrest for driving while under the influence this week. The video shows officers approach the car and Woods, who didn’t know where he was. The footage also shows Woods stumble through a field sobriety test before being arrested.
In the police report of his arrest, Woods has been described by police as “co-operative” but “confused”. The officer in charge of his detention also said the golfer was “unable to walk alone” and found it “hard to keep eyes open”. He was asked to walk on a straight line, which he could not.
Tiger Woods will be arraigned at the Palm Beach County court on July 5, 2017 over the DUI charge.
Tiger has maintained and it has been confirmed that he was not drinking but was reacting to prescribed medication.
