The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has rearraigned the former National Security Adviser (NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki (Rtd) on fresh charges at an Abuja High Court.
Dasuki has been arraigned alongside a former Director of Finance in the office of the NSA, Mr. Salisu Shuaibu.
Dasuki Sambo was initially arraigned on charges of illegal arms possession but is now being rearraigned on a fresh 19 count charge.
Executive Director of the Nigeria National Petroleum Commission, NNPC, ?Aminu Baba-Kusa, as well as his companies, Acacia Holding Limited and Reliance Referal Hospital Limited are all accused of illegally transferring N13 billion from the Nigerian treasury.
Dasuki has pleaded “not guilty” to the charges.
