Manchester United has come under a lot of criticism for their lacklustre playing style as well as their shyness in front of goal.
Once one of the foremost attacking teams in the Barclay’s Premier League, the Red Devils have become tame and tedious to watch.
Manchester United head coach, Louis Van Gaal has been forced to admit that there are matches he has been very bored.
“There are matches that I have enjoyed,” Van Gaal said
“And there are also matches where I’m very bored or angry because we are not disorganising our opponent’s defence, but that is football.”
Manchester United fans booed their team at half time during their FA cup fixture against Sheffield United. Van Gaal was spared blushes when a last minute penalty resulted in an unconvincing win.
Many fans left before the final whistle in a match where United with until the 69th minute to register a shot on target.
