Days after going viral online for calling out celebrity chef, Hilda Baci for how her order from her resturant was handled has dropped a new video addressing a message she received from the Guinness World Record holder.
In the new clip, the young lady revealed that Hilda Baci reached out to her via a direct message on TikTok. She noted that the celebrity chef tendered an apology about how her Peppersoup order was handled and for putting her through such an experience.
The lady shared a screenshot of the apology she got in her dm from the famous chef and how she intended to remedy her bad experience with MyFoodByHilda.
In the message, Hilda thanked the young lady for her feedback and promised to use the complaints made to improve her business and their customer service experience.

In a video, the lady reacted to Hilda Baci’s apology and thanked her for listening to her complaint. She also, expressed how happy she was that her rant was valid and would help one of her favourite chef’s improve her business and services.
The also noted that when she made the video she didn’t expect it to go viral the way it did while explaining that she was just giving an honest feedback of how she felt.
