Veteran Nollywood actress and evangelist Eucharia Anunobi has stirred up conversations online with a bold message to clubgoers.

The actress, who is known for always criticising netizens for their attitudes towards life, took to her social media page to drop a 12-second video of her addressing party and club goers.

“If you want to club, club with Christ. Stop dancing with the devil.”

Eucharia Anunobi career

Anunobi gained prominence in Nollywood with her roles in Nneka the Pretty Serpent (1992) and Glamour Girls (1994), establishing herself as a versatile actress known for portraying complex characters. She has featured in over 90 films, including Abuja Connection and Letters to a Stranger.

She was ordained as a pastor in 2012 and now serves as an evangelist at a church in Egbeda, Lagos State. Her spiritual journey has been shaped by deep personal trials, including the heartbreaking loss of her only son, Raymond, to sickle cell complications in 2017.

Anunobi’s dedication to both education and ministry is reflected in her academic accomplishments. In 2021, she earned a Ph.D. in Christian Education and Ministerial Acts from Kingdom Life Bible College and Seminary.
