As a result of the adverse effects of the deadly Coronavirus, this year’s Hajj pilgrimage will be very limited.
This was revealed by Saudi Arabia’s hajj ministry and this is part of a move to curb the spread of the deadly Coronavirus.
An official statement from the Hajj Ministry reads;
“It was decided to hold the pilgrimage this year with very limited numbers… with different nationalities in the kingdom. This decision is taken to ensure the hajj is performed in a safe manner from a public health perspective… and in accordance with the teachings of Islam.”
