After initial reports that slain tech CEO Fahim Saleh had been the target of a professional hit on Tuesday, New York City police Friday arrested his entrepreneur’s 21-year-old personal assistant.

Saleh’s personal assistant, Tyrese Devon Haspil, was arrested early Friday morning and is expected to be charged with second degree murder, among other crimes.

According to CNN The assistant, allegedly owed Saleh tens of thousands of dollars, was on a repayment plan, the official said.

Saleh, 33, was found dead in his Lower East Side apartment on Tuesday
