Nigerian officer, Lieutenant Victor Agunbiade who was awarded a medal of commendation by the US Navy for managing the $45 million kept in his care without a single dime missing, has been honoured by the Federal University of Abeokuta Alumni Association, USA Chapter.
Taking to his Twitter page to announce this, Lt. Victor Agunbiade posted the picture of the beautiful medal he recieved in recognition of his meritorious service as the Disbursing Officer, Comptroller Department, Camp Lemonnier, Dijibouti and wrote, “Humbled to be honored by your own! God bless Federal University of Abeokuta Alumni Association- USA Chapter!”
The medal has the following inscription, “You are a Worthy Ambassador and We are Very Proud of You.” Lieutenant Victor Agunbiade also managed an additional $23 million with 100% accountability; after passing through six rigorous inspections and independent audits with zero discrepancies. He truly deserves this award and more.
