Robert O’Neill, former Navy SEAL who claimed he fired the shot that killed Osama Bin Laden has been banned by Delta Air Lines for not wearing his face mask during a flight.
This was after Robert posted a picture of himself not wearing a mask during the flight on his Twitter page, according to Bloomberg. The tweet, which is now deleted, facilitated Robert’s ban from the airline, as the airline released a statement thus, โPart of every customerโs commitment prior to traveling on Delta is the requirement to acknowledge our updated travel policies, which includes wearing a mask. Failure to comply with our mask-wearing mandate can result in losing the ability to fly Delta in the future.โ
In another tweet however, Robert O’Neill wrote, โThank God it wasnโt @Delta flying us in when we killed bin Laden… we werenโt wearing masks…โ
