Jay-Z Expands 30th Anniversary Tour With Shows in Paris and LA

Jay-Z and Roc Nation have announced two new “Jay-Z 30” shows. The concerts will take place in Paris and Los Angeles in 2026. The shows continue his 30th anniversary celebration in music.

Concert Dates and Venues

The Paris show will happen on Thursday, September 10, 2026. It will be held at Stade de France. The Los Angeles show will follow on Friday, October 23, 2026. It will take place at SoFi Stadium.

Ticket Sales and Presale Access

Ticket presales begin on Thursday, June 11, at 10 am local time. They end the same day at 10 pm.

Citi cardmembers will get early access to the Los Angeles show through the Citi Entertainment program. Mastercard cardholders will get early access to the Paris show.

General ticket sales start on Friday, June 12, at 10 am local time on livenation.com.

Background on the Anniversary Tour

The announcement follows Jay-Z’s performance at the Roots Picnic. It also comes before three upcoming shows at Yankee Stadium.

Those Yankee Stadium shows will focus on the anniversaries of Reasonable Doubt and The Blueprint. His Philadelphia concert already offered a wider career retrospective.

The Philadelphia show featured The Roots and guest artists. These included Jazmine Sullivan, Bilal, Freeway, and Beanie Sigel.

Critical Reception

Variety’s Steven J. Horowitz praised the Philadelphia performance. He wrote:

“Twenty-five years later, [Jay and the Roots’] creative synergy has only strengthened. The show was muscular, a one-off that brought them back together for a tour of Jay-Z’s catalogue with the Roots’ ability to make precision look spontaneous. That much was hidden in the details, the interweaving of ‘I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)’ and ‘Big Pimpin’,’ for instance, or the sudden switch from ‘Dirt Off Your Shoulder’ into ‘I Know’ and was clearly a labour of love. Jay-Z himself acknowledged this at the end of the set: ‘We worked really hard to put this together.’”
