The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC on Thursday announced the dates for the conduct of governorship elections in Edo and Ondo States respectively.

The election umpire made the disclosed on its official Twittter handle that the elections to replace Governor Adams Oshiomole of Edo state will take place on the 10th of September while that of Ondo state will be held on the 26th of November, 2016.
