Nollywood actress and movie producer, Funke Akindele, has once again shown why she is called the Queen of Box Office movies. Barely a month after releasing her cinema movie, “Everybody Loves Jenifa,” it has set a new record at the box office.
According to a report on social media shared by FilmOne Entertainment, their partner, Funke Akindele, has set a new record after beating her old milestone as the producer of the highest-grossing movie of all time.
FilmOne revealed in its report that Funke Akindele’s new movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa, has hit N1.4b at the box office. This new record surpassed the milestone reached last year by the actress when her film, “A Tribe Called Judah” hit N1.035bn at the cinemas.
The new record set by Everybody Loves Jenifa now stands at N1.46bn. See what Funke Akindele shared on her page as she celebrates hitting another milestone:
