The Federal Government has extended the gradual ease of lockdown by four weeks.

The Chairman of the Presidential Task Force, who is also the Secretary-General of the Federation, Boss Mustapha disclosed this during the media briefing in Abuja today, 6th August, 2020.

This is after the Federal Government extended the lockdown by one week on 27th July due to the Sallah celebrations.

While the current curfew of 10pm to 4am is still in force, Boss Mustapha disclosed that civil servants on grade level 12 and above are to resume work fully and now close by 4pm instead of the former 2pm.
