Clavicular rape charges have emerged in Massachusetts, with prosecutors alleging three offenses connected to an incident from May 2025 recently. The Bulwark reports court documents show Braden Peters faces one count of rape and drugging someone for sex.
Prosecutors also charged Peters with providing alcohol to a minor, according to reports citing the Massachusetts court records available publicly. Prosecutors filed the charges September 8 at Cape Cod courthouse, while Peters reportedly has an arraignment scheduled for October 14.
Reports identify Peters, 20, as the livestreamer known online as Clavicular, a prominent figure within the looksmaxxing community today. The allegations connect to claims raised earlier this year by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza in a Florida civil lawsuit.
Mendoza alleges that she met Peters when she was sixteen and later traveled to his family’s Cape Cod home there. According to her lawsuit, Mendoza says people served alcohol before she became intoxicated and allegedly experienced nonconsensual sexual encounters reportedly.
The civil complaint also alleges Peters later injected Mendoza’s face during a livestream, using a substance she says contained drugs. Meanwhile, Peters has denied the allegations, while his representatives have described the claims as unproven and disputed their characterization publicly.
His representative also criticized reporting, saying The Bulwark exaggerated the situation and that Peters had not received official service yet. Clavicular rape charges now place the streamer into a criminal case separate from the civil lawsuit filed earlier this year.
Authorities have not established guilt through these charges, and the allegations remain subject to court proceedings and legal defenses currently.
