Chocolate City legal proceedings against Odumodublvck have entered a new phase following fresh legal action over the alleged assault of a staff member. The record label confirmed the latest move after accusing the rapper of physically attacking staff member Feyi Ajayi backstage at Rhythm Unplugged.
Chocolate City alleged Odumodublvck confronted Ajayi before headbutting him during the incident, leaving the employee requiring immediate medical treatment afterward. Company representatives described the alleged attack as another escalation in a long-running dispute involving rapper Blaqbonez and Chocolate City executives.
The label also referenced previous allegations involving harassment, intimidation, online threats, and confrontations affecting several artists and management personnel. Earlier disputes between both camps intensified after repeated exchanges on social media and several reported incidents at entertainment industry events.

Chocolate City insists protecting employees remains its highest priority while pursuing every available legal option through appropriate authorities and judicial channels. Meanwhile, Odumodublvck has previously denied wrongdoing in separate legal matters while continuing to defend himself against multiple allegations before Nigerian courts.
Several court proceedings involving the rapper have experienced adjournments as legal representatives continue preparing arguments before scheduled hearing dates. Chocolate City legal proceedings against Odumodublvck further highlight ongoing tensions surrounding one of Nigerian hip-hop’s most public industry rivalries.
Fans continue following developments closely as both parties await the next stage of legal proceedings and potential court determinations in Abuja.
