Nigerian singer Asake has added a new Maybach to his luxury car collection as his “In God We Trust” world tour continues.

The singer confirmed the purchase on Instagram. Lagos luxury dealership Polanco Exotic Cars also announced the sale on its social media page.

While celebrating the deal, the dealership referred to the buyer as “Mr X.” Asake also shared images of the vehicle on his Instagram page and story.

Neither Asake nor the dealership disclosed the model or price of the car.

Dealer Confirms Sale

Polanco Exotic Cars, based in Lekki, is known for supplying luxury vehicles to celebrities and high-profile clients.

The dealership has reportedly worked with stars including Wizkid, Burna Boy, Kizz Daniel, Victor Osimhen and Rema.

Although details of the latest purchase remain private, Maybach vehicles rank among the most expensive luxury cars in the world. Depending on specifications and customisation, they often cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Growing Luxury Car Collection

This is not Asake’s first Maybach.

The singer already owns a Maybach GLS 600. He has also been linked to other luxury vehicles, including a Brabus G800 and Mercedes-AMG G63 models.

His car collection has grown alongside his music career and commercial success.

Tour Continues Across Global Markets

The purchase comes as Asake continues his “In God We Trust” world tour.

The 13-date tour supports his fourth studio album, M$ney, which he released in May. The tour began with a headline performance at Afro Nation in Portimão, Portugal, on July 4.

Asake will begin the North American leg of the tour on August 20 in Chicago. He will end the run at the Accor Arena in Paris.

The album has performed strongly since its release. The tour also highlights Asake’s growing international reach.

In recent years, he has sold out major venues, including Madison Square Garden in 2024.
