Ye Breaks U.S. Hip-Hop Stadium Attendance Record With 80,210 Fans in Houston

Ye Houston concert attendance record headlines a historic night after more than 80,000 fans filled Reliant Stadium for Halloween. The Houston show reportedly welcomed 80,210 people, setting a new benchmark for the highest-attended rap concert at an American stadium.

The venue confirmed the stadium rap attendance record, while Hip Hop All Day reported the specific figure of 80,210 attendees. This milestone gives Ye another achievement during his 2026 stadium run, attracting enormous attention from hip-hop audiences.

His Houston performance took place October 31, marking his first appearance in the city since his 2019 Sunday Service events. Fans travelled to Reliant Stadium for a lengthy performance bringing together songs from different stages of Ye’s influential music career. The setlist featured nearly three hours of music, balancing catalogue favourites with newer material from his latest album, Bully.

Tracks including “Jesus Walks,” “Gold Digger,” “Stronger,” “All of the Lights” and “Runaway” featured among songs performed that evening. Ye welcomed special guests, including Playboi Carti, who joined him onstage for collaborative performances during the Houston concert.

His daughter, North West, also appeared during the show, adding another memorable moment to an evening attracting widespread attention. The production featured a large spherical stage resembling Earth, accompanied by lighting, visual effects and pyrotechnics throughout the performance.

During “Ghost Town,” Ye reportedly addressed the audience, acknowledged the achievement and thanked Houston for supporting his musical journey. Houston’s attendance figure surpasses crowds at Ye’s two SoFi Stadium performances earlier this year, each attracting over 74,000 fans.

Those Los Angeles shows demonstrated his ability to draw huge audiences, but Houston pushed his American stadium record higher. The achievement concerns rap concerts at American stadiums and should not be confused with the largest concert attendance overall.

Ye previously performed before 118,000 people at Istanbul’s Atatürk Olympic Stadium in May, setting a larger international attendance milestone. Nevertheless, the Houston concert adds another chapter to his live-performance history and reinforces the scale of his American fanbase.

With 80,210 attendees reported, the Ye Houston concert attendance record marks a defining moment in the rapper’s 2026 stadium tour.
