Skales, a renowned Nigerian singer, recently took to his social media account to share a distressing experience he encountered at the hands of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). In an emotional post, Skales condemned the actions of the EFCC and vehemently asserted his innocence, declaring that he has never engaged in any fraudulent activities.
He expressed his outrage, stating that EFCC officials arrived at his premises with guns, causing distress to him, his daughter, her mother, and his staff. Skales didn’t mince words in his condemnation of the agency, wishing for negative consequences to befall those involved. He firmly asserted that as long as someone works for the EFCC, they will not find success.
Skales questioned the EFCC’s practice of conducting routine checks on individuals, indicating that it was an EFCC staff member who communicated this to him. He detailed the anxiety and hardship his family endured during the night, particularly his newborn child and her mother, expressing a deep sense of anger and disdain towards the EFCC.
Skales didn’t hold back in his criticism of the EFCC, branding it a criminal organization and demanding restitution for the damage caused to his property. He closed his statement with a powerful message, vowing to persistently voice his objections against the EFCC.
