A viral video on social media shared by a Twitter user, Tosin Obembe, has displayed the panic of Anthony Village residents over a strange white substance which has taken over their neighbourhood.
Tosin described the strange substance as a “new form of chemical response surging from the bottom in Anthony village”. The Twitter user has also asked for the opinion of whoever knows what the substance could be, so they could vacate the area if it is harmful”.
