The Secretary to the Ondo State Government, Hon. Sunday Ifedayo Abegunde, has tendered his letter of resignation to the State Government. The letter, which was addressed to the Governor of Ondo State, did not include the reasons for his resignation.

He, however, thanked Governor Rotimi Akeredolu for the opportunity to serve in the State. He also wished the Governor, who tested positive for Coronavirus, a quick recovery.
