A Syrian Rights Group has claimed that ISIS has released 270 civilians who were kidnapped duringbthe weekend.

400 people were abducted in the City of Deir Ezzor, Syria after fierce fighting in the area.

Rami Abdurrahman, director for the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights claimed that women as well as children under the age of 14 have been released.

Most of the persons kidnapped were earlier thought to have been killed.
