Bridge’s is the mien of a General on this one, something like a ”50Cent-Many Men” type hustle. Cool thing.
He takes a dive into the spiritual side of things, mellows out and recounts his many shortcomings as well as recognizing the Almighty. Logical thinking, but when we put that side by side his all-too-urbane delivery here, we are forced to believe he didn’t grow up on this clime. How true, this? Whatever.
“Thank You” is positive in all; it conveys a positive message above everything else. Interesting production, quite some lyrical strength and all although not A-one rap verses. Actually, Bridge goes in on this and kills the lines proper well. Yep. Oh, and the chorus on this too… smashing effort. Repeat-worthy something, this.
Listen and rate, a Hit OR a Miss?
