The iconic mall welcomed a staggering 105 million visitors, a remarkable 19% increase compared to 2022’s 88 million. This phenomenal achievement underscores Dubai Mall’s position as a global retail giant.
The momentum seems unstoppable. With a jaw-dropping 20 million visitors already flocking to the mall in the first two months of 2024, all signs point towards another banner year.

Strategic events and promotions throughout 2023 and early 2024 played a key role in attracting visitors. Major draws included the Dubai Shopping Festival, the Dubai Food Festival, and the popular 3 Day Super Sale. The mall has also expanded its digital footprint significantly, boasting a strong following of 1.3 million on Instagram.
Customer satisfaction remains a top priority, with an impressive average rating of 4.6.
