In a recent development, the plumber who swindled former Big Brother Naija EX housemate, Victoria Adeyele, popularly known as Vee, has been apprehended by law enforcement authorities.
Recall that OloriSuperGal reported that Vee had previously raised the alarm on social media after falling victim to the plumber’s fraudulent scheme, resulting in a loss of N150,000.
Vee took to Twitter to share her ordeal, revealing that the plumber had deceived her into paying N150,000 for a job that should have cost only N20,000. Expressing her frustration, she disclosed that someone had defended the plumber’s actions, attributing it to the challenging economic conditions in the country.
In an angry tweet, Vee stated, “My plumber scammed me and collected 150k for a 20k job, and one idiot is telling me it’s because ‘everyone is hungry.’ He will eat in jail.”
Providing an update, Vee later shared a photo showing the plumber apprehended by security operatives. She captioned the tweet, saying, “When I realized what he was doing, I told him to come to my house this morning, can you believe he turned off my water again but THIS time, he used a screwdriver to lock my water completely. HE WILL SLEEP IN JAIL.
PLAY STUPID GAMES, WIN STUPID PRIZES. And for all of you that were making excuses for this plumber, THIS is your future.”
