The Twitter user with the name, PaZlatan took to Twitter to accuse officers in Adeniji police station killed his friend. On his Twitter page, he wrote:
“Rip bro wale ayedun I still shook hands with u last night u called my name always to say hi ?, your country has failed you failed us again adeniji police station why kill him why not arrest ? #EndSARS #Endpolicebrutality”.
The public relations officer of the Lagos State Command, Benjamin Hundeyin then replied to him by writing:
“I do hope you realize it is criminal to incite the public against the police. I did my findings. No policeman shot. This man was shot at during clashes by gang members. The DPO even assisted with medical expenses but he still died. Cultism does not pay!”
