Nigerian singer, Wizkid has won the Ashford & Simpson Songwriter’s Award at the 2019 Soul Train Awards.
The singer won with the song Brown Skin Girl by Beyoncé, which he featured in.
A few weeks ago, OSG reported that Wizkid was nominated in two categories, Songwriter and Best Collaboration Awards. This win will make the Nigerian singer become the first non-US based African Artist to win the Soul Train Music Award.
