The annual gala which benefits from the Clara Lionel Foundation, founded in 2012 was held in New York City.
The Diamonds crooner was spotted donning a turtleneck evening gown from Givenchy Haute Couture. Other celebrities noted at the event include; Cardi B, Kehlani & YG, Karlie Kloss and many others.
Speaking on being black, she said; “My mother is an incredible example of how to fight through obstacles in life. I’m sure her mom taught her that and that’s how I’m going to be. We are impeccable, we’re special and the world is going to have to deal with that”
There have been speculations that the Savage x Fenty fashionprenuer might be pregnant, after a clip showed her with a protruding belly in her black gown at the event.
