A pipeline at Abule Egba area of Lagos exploded in the early hours of Wednesday causing a fire outbreak that razed and destroyed several properties.
There is currently no official statement about what caused the inferno although residents believed it was caused by illegal oil bunkering at Abule Egba.
The fire started at about 5.00 a.m, and has allegedly affected about five streets in the area.
