Michelle Obama’s Memoir, Becoming has become the best selling book of the year in the United States, beating Michael Wolff’s “Fire and Fire”
Before Becoming was released, Wolff’s Fire and Fury” which came out in January was the highest selling book in the US., having sold 1,008,088 hardcover copies.
But “Becoming” which was released on November 13, surpassed that in just a week, having sold 1,122,618 hardcover copies.
This ranks it as number one for the year. “Magnolia Table,” a cookbook by TV star Joanna Gaines is the current number 2, while “Fire and Fury” now ranks No. 3, followed by Rachel Hollis’ self help book “Girl, Wash Your Face” at No. 4 and “Fear” at No. 5.
