Kanye’s latest album, Yandhi is set to drop later this month, September 29. Yandhi is believed to be a follow up of his 2013 album, Yeezus.
Kanye announced the release of his new album on Twitter sharing a picture of a clear CD box which he’d sent as an iMessage and replied to with a text, reading: “YANDHI 9 29 18 (sic)”
So far, Kanye has released five albums this year including his solo LP Ye. He re-wrote Ye after realizing his lyrics may have offended some people.
The 41-year-old also tweeted earlier this month that he has a sequel to 2011 collaborative record with Jay-Z ‘Watch the Throne’ on the way. He tweeted: “throne2 coming soon (sic)”
The father of three also hinted on his joint record with Chance the Rapper. “I came home to work with Chance on his new album,” he said. The duo hit the studio last month with producer Zaytove to begin the making of a seven track LP.
