CEO Planet One LTD, Shaka Momoh, Dies of COVID-19
Chief Executive Officer of Planet One, a hotel-cum-event centre in Maryland, Lagos, Shaka Momoh, is dead.
Momoh was said to have died of COVID-19 at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) on Thursday.
The news of his demise was confirmed after prominent personalities, including the Chief Press Secretary to the Lagos State Governor, Gboyega Akosile, took to Twitter to pay tributes.
Segun Awosanya, a Nigerian legal practitioner and social media figure, also confirmed the tragic news via his Twitter handle.
“Lost another gem to Covid19.
“The last time we spoke it was about our intervention on his case with a financial institution. Now he is no more. Rest in peace, distinguished Shaka Momoh (Planet One). Covid is real,” Awosanya tweeted.
