With the DStv self-service tools, you can upgrade your subscriptions, fix error messages, make payments, find installers, rent BoxOffice movies, and do so much more.

Here’s how to use the DStv self-service tools:

DStv USSD self-service tool

By dialing *288# on your phone and following the prompts, you can contact customer care, clear error codes, and update your account. You can also check your account balance and subscription due date.

MyDStvApp

With the DStv app, you can manage your account by yourself. Simply download the app from the App Store or the Google Play Store. Input the required details so you can log in, then proceed to pay for your subscriptions, upgrade or downgrade bouquets, clear error messages, and resolve other technical problems.

Stay connected via SMS

Managing your DStv account via SMS is as easy as it gets. All you have to do is send RESET (space) SMARTCARD number to 30333 to clear error messages.

To determine the due date of your subscription, send DUE (space) SMARTCARD number to 30333.

The first 10 digits of your smartcard number is required for this.
