Chief Raymond Dokpesi, the Chairman of DAAR communications has been formally arraigned at the Federal high Court today on a six count charge.
He was arraigned on charges of money laundering and other charges in connection with an alleged N2.1 billion he received as part of a sum earmarked for arms purchase.
He is alleged to have received the sum from the office of the National Security Adviser at the time, Sambo Dasuki, who is also facing charges at the Federal high court.
He entered a plea of nor guilty and his trial has been fixed for February 18.
His bail hearing has been set for tomorrow afternoon.
